Privacy

Analytics

Every HTML page loads this tracker in the document head:

The tracker is Piqo, operated by MVP Stack LLC. It is cookieless. It does not use localStorage, fingerprinting, or a persistent visitor id. There is no cookie banner because there is no cookie.

Piqo records:

  • page URL (path and query)
  • referrer, if the browser sends one
  • UTM parameters, if present
  • approximate country, region, and city derived from IP
  • device, OS, and browser family from the User-Agent
  • time of the request

IP is used to derive geo and a hash that rotates daily. Piqo says the IP itself is not stored. Unique visitors reset each day by design. Their policy:https://piqo.app/privacy.

We do not run Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or a tag manager.

Transcripts

When you paste a YouTube URL, we fetch the caption track and store it. The next request for the same video can be served from cache. That store holds the video id, title, channel, language, and caption segments. It does not hold your name or email. The free tool does not have accounts.

Rate limits

Anonymous use is capped (five transcripts an hour). We identify that bucket by IP. Cloudflare sits in front of the site and sees the same request metadata any CDN sees.

API keys

If you are issued an API key, we store a hash of the key and usage counts. We do not store the secret in plain text.

What we do not do

  • sell visitor data
  • run ads against it
  • use it to train models
